Do we have to run two systems during the change?
No. Onboarding ends on a go-live date you choose. From that date staff chart in Everstead only, and the previous system stays readable for retrieval.
Is Everstead HIPAA compliant?
Everstead does not claim HIPAA compliance today. No facility uses real resident data until the required security review, vendor agreements, access controls, recovery tests, and facility-specific clinical review are complete.
